Opening in September in the Old North End, Café Mamajuana will feature delicious Dominican fusion food. Learn how to make citrusy charred shrimp, salsa, and aioli for a summers’ toast that is sure to please your palate. Maria is a Chef of Dominican and Italian ancestry, who is inspired by food as an ode to DNA. Please note, due to COVID-19 and physical distancing recommendations, hands-on learning opportunities may not be possible in a given class depending on the required meal preparation.
