Join us to play with chocolate and create your own truffles! In this class, you will join Lauren Deitsch, Innovation Manager at Unreal Candy, to watch and learn how to make a couple flavors of quality chocolate ganache. Then, you will get hands on! You will get to roll the ganache into truffles, finish them a few different ways, and decorate them to take home with you.
