This class is focused on making fermentation easy, fun, affordable and accessible to all those interested in integrating fermented foods into their lives. We will be learning the basics of fermenting cultured veggies and krauts. Our learning menu: rainbow kraut & dilly carrots. This class will include a demo, tastings of all the food we make, and take-home recipes. Why does fermentation matter? Fermentation cultivates and enriches our gut bacteria.
