Join Candace from Conscious Kitchen for our series on ancestral food practices focused on integrating nourishing traditional cooking into your life by making it accessible, affordable and fun. Fermentation cultivates and enriches our body’s gut bacteria. The diversity and vibrancy of our gut bacteria is directly connected to our general whole body health. In this workshop we will be learning tips and tricks to easily include gut-healthy ferments into your life beyond sauerkraut and kimchi. We will explore how to make easy fermented hot sauce, dressings and dips like pesto and hummus. This workshop includes live demonstration, tastings, and take home recipes.
