A Mosaic of Flavor: Bosnia Breakfast for Dinner!

This monthly series is a collaboration with the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program.  For December we will come together and prepare a cozy “breakfast for dinner” of Ustipci, puffy and delicious Bosnian doughnuts which we will stuff with an assortment of sweet and savory fillings.  To accompany these popular doughnuts, we will brew Bosanska Kafa, an intense and flavorful Bosnian coffee.  Nada Popovac came to the United States from Sarajevo in 1998 with her husband and two daughters.  She has worked at the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program for 17 years.
