What makes food “good?” Does good indicate nutritious? Organic? Vegan? Affordable? Fair trade? Artisanal? Just plain tasty? Really, there is no one answer. Food trends come and go, and vouching for definitive, restrictive food rules can do more harm than good. Through this welcoming and collaborative discussion, we will explore our own personally held food values and learn how to think critically about our food choices. You will leave feeling empowered to make the nuanced choices that work for your lifestyle, with a better understanding of the many factors influencing how our food is produced.
