Have you ever wondered how to debone a chicken? Do you want to learn how to use every part of the animal? Join us for this empowering workshop and leave “kitchen confident.” Rod Rehwinkel, Prepared Foods Manager at City Market, will demonstrate how to debone a bird and break it down into useful cuts, like thighs, wings, and breasts. He’ll show you how to roast the bones and use them for stock. We’ll also work together to roast a whole chicken with delicious local veggies. We’ll sample all of the dishes we make as we go and light refreshments will be provided.
