Cider Tasting and Pairing

It’s Vermont Cider Week! Join us to celebrate with a workshop on how to taste, analyze, and pair your favorite craft ciders. Kim Beaty from Shacksbury Cider will lead this workshop, where you will taste four ciders, each paired with cheese, charcuteries, and “wildcard” items! Learn the vernacular of cider aficionados and train your palette to make a perfect pairing at your next dinner party. Must be 21+ to participate.
