Heal your gut with tasty autumn recipes. Stress, eating processed foods, and even medicines that are supposed to make you feel better can take a toll on your gut and leave you feeling bloated, gassy, and fatigued. Learn how to make incredibly tasty meals that heal your gut on all levels with probiotics, prebiotics, vitamins, minerals, and demulcents. In this class, we will prepare healing foods together and sit down to share the meal and talk. If you want to eat foods that give you energy instead of drain you (and learn how to make them at the same time), then this is the class for you. Come eat and be merry and healthy! This class is open to all, and is great for cancer survivors and caretakers, people with chronic illness, people who have taken antibiotics or steroids recently, or people with food intolerances.
