Join our Assistant Prepared Foods Manager, Paul Link, to learn the fundamentals of grilling! This class will explore the fundamental techniques of the grill, including building and controlling your fire, marinating meat, cooking meat to temperature, and grilling vegetables and fish. Other topics will include the importance of letting meat rest, what sauces and accompaniments to use, and maintaining your equipment. This class is part of our Week of the Grill celebration!
