Bee Sting Bakery Tour & Sourdough Baking Class

Come visit one of our local vendors, Bee String Bakery, for a tour and class led by Heike Meyer. Heike will lead participants through the bakery, discussing the equipment, oven, and mill before leading a class that will include an introduction to grains, sourdough baking, mixing, and shaping dough. We will then bake flatbreads and pitas in the wood fired oven to enjoy outside alongside other farm-fresh local foods. Please note, participants should plan to meet on location at the bakery.
