These are a few herbs you may have heard suggested for sleep. Learn the difference and learn which may be most appropriate for you. You will also learn a little bit about the botany, history and chemistry of each. Heather studied herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine and at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism. She has been making herbal products since 2002.
