Let’s be honest, you’re not going to keep up with special dietary restrictions if the food doesn’t taste good! Come join Chef Lisa Ruoff in learning how to make great tasting food for the holidays, focused on those pesky little things called “restrictions”. Lisa has been an organic and vegetarian chef for the past 15 years, with a few all-organic restaurants under her belt. She’ll be teaching how to make mouthwatering Crimini Mushroom Gravy and also Cranberry Apple Quinoa during this class, both of which are gluten-free and vegan (but you don’t have to tell anyone!).
