Tomato Magic

Learn how to make your own great tomato sauce, roasted tomatoes, and homemade ketchup! Adele's sauce comes from an old-world family recipe. In addition to demonstrating her easy method for canning tomatoes, Adele will prepare roasted tomatoes, a robustly flavored delicacy that will last all winter in the freezer. Lastly, you will learn the process for making homemade ketchup. We will dine on baguettes with roasted tomatoes and goat cheese plus pasta with freshly made sauce and pasta.
