Join City Market’s Herbal Education Coordinator, Cristi Nunziata, for a discussion and sampling of various natural remedies for colds and flues. Participants will learn a variety of approaches to supporting immunity and to lessening the effects of these seasonal illnesses. Samples and recipes ranging from teas to medicinal foods to topical preparations will be provided.
