Summervale celebrates community, Vermont farms, and local food every Thursday through August (except July 4!). Each week, City Market will be there with Make It From Scratch Food Activities. Help us pound cabbage to transform it into lacto-fermented sauerkraut to take home. Stop by our table while you’re at Summervale, no need to sign up.
