Intro to Paleo Foods

The Paleo Diet is based around eating grass-fed meats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds – foods available to our hunter-gatherer ancestors before the advent of grain agriculture.
Learn about the diet and sample some of our favorite recipes. We’ll make Paleo-friendly Spaghetti and Meatballs (using zucchini in place of wheat pasta) and Coconut Chocolate Chip Macaroons.
Alli Johnson has been eating Paleo for the last 1 ½ years and enjoys spending her time cooking and learning more about traditional nutrition. She believes the most important rule of following the Paleo diet is adapting it to best fit your own lifestyle and nutritional needs.
