Matzo ball soup plays a starring role during Passover. It’s also delicious, but can be tricky to learn how to make from a cookbook. Jason Frishman will show us his family’s recipe for homemade matzo balls that we’ll enjoy with a choice of vegetable or chicken broth. Learn about Passover traditions and the rituals of the Seder meal, and share your own food memories from Jewish or other food traditions as we gather around the kitchen island. Jason is the owner of the FolkFoods stand at the Burlington Summer Farmer’s Market.
