Learn to boost nutrition by using vitamin and mineral rich herbs and greens in smoothies, juices, and herbal infusions. We will discuss the benefits of greens and easy ways to incorporate them into your diet. Participants will taste a few smoothies, juices and herbal infusions and leave with recipes for several more to try at home. City Market’s Herbal Education Coordinator, Cristi Nunziata, will lead this class.
