Learn to make Florentine cookies, so simple and delicious (and gluten-free! though these will have nuts and rolled oats from our Bulk Department). These lacy, chewy cookies are beautiful, and they look much harder to make than they actually are. We will make a basic Florentine recipe with two different variations (psst… chocolate is involved)! Adele Dienno teaches Italian cooking classes and loves to inspire people from every generation in the kitchen.
