It’s the season of lights, and we’re celebrating with local latkes! Join us as we make scrumptious latkes with local root veggies, homemade crème fraîche with chives, and applesauce. Fried in coconut oil, these are going to be delicious! Jason Frishman teaches fermentation classes for City Market and heads up the Folk Foods stand at the Burlington Farmers’ Market. 

$5 for City Market Members, $10 for non-members
