If you’ve ever wanted to see how simple it is to make your own yogurt, this is the class for you. Lindsay Harris will show us how to make yogurt in a glass mason jar using fresh, creamy raw milk from her farm, Family Cow Farmstead in Hinesburg. Whether you’re interested in learning more about raw milk, or want to apply the same yogurt making technique to your own favorite brand of milk from the Co-op, you’ll be able to make exactly the kind of yogurt you like when you leave.
