Do you love the taste of fresh mozzarella with tomatoes and basil? Dairy farmer Lindsay Harris from Family Cow Farmstand in Hinesburg teaches us how simple it is to make mozzarella cheese in our home kitchens using raw milk from her farm. The methods she teaches us can transform raw milk or store-bough pasteurized milk into delicious mozzarella.
