Love the idea of mushrooms, but don’t know how to get started with them? Come get an introduction to the diversity of fresh and dried mushrooms we carry at City Market with simple and delicious recipes. We will prepare and sample dried mushroom crepes with goat cheese, wild mushroom salad with lemon and thyme, and tasty and healthful chaga chai.

$5 for City Market members, $10 for non-members
