Strawberry and Basil Infused Water

Infused waters are a delicious way to make your water something special. Plus, you get the added benefit of extra vitamins, minerals, trace nutrients from the fruits, along with fiber if you eat them at the end! You can use sparkling or flat water for any of these recipes.

Ingredients
6 strawberries
4 basil, fresh (leaves)
Instructions
Muddle the basil in the bottom of a quart-sized jar. Add sliced strawberries (you can include the tops!) and fill the jar with water. Cover tightly and shake a few times. Place in refrigerator and let sit for 2 hours. Remove basil leaves for drinking.
