City Market's Salad Bar Tofu

These tasty little cubes go great over a fresh salad. Also try mixing them into pasta salads or soups.

Ingredients
2 pounds tofu
4 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1⁄2 teaspoons thyme, dried
1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Dice tofu into 1" cubes. In a large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients, then toss with tofu.
Spread mixture onto a baking tray, then bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring once.
